Išerić at "Krug 99" session: Bosnia and Herzegovina in a difficult situation, abolishing the reserve forces of the BiH Armed Forces is a criminal offense!

(Patria) - The creeping, but persistent strategy of state collapse and the destruction of the best values of Bosnian society has been going on for too long. Those values of life in diversity and understanding that have yielded the highest, authentic achievements in creativity, culture and art, music and literature, poetry, film and visual arts, education and science, economic and energy giants, on par with the best world achievements.

This was stated in his introductory remarks by the president of the Association of Independent Intellectuals "Krug 99" ahead of today's session on the topic "The Powerlessness of the State and the Powerlessness of the International Community in the Face of Violence – What Next?", with the introducer Dr. Sci. Enver Išerić, a member of the People's European Party.

"We grew up on the art of stećci, on that spirit that has not been destroyed by passing armies, political regimes, or arrogant tyrants to this day, on that spirit that forms the substance of our endurance and resilience to survive evil times and, for who knows how many times, almost every day, in all generations, to rebuild the culture that naturally belongs to us, and to restore what has been demolished and destroyed," Kulenović said.

Our introducer is Dr. Sci. Enver Išerić, a member of NES, who spoke in the same role at a Krug 99 session over a year ago, about the catastrophic consequences of the High Representative's decisions on the eve of the previous elections, outlining the script that continues to this day.

I hope it is not necessary to explain the title itself, "The Powerlessness of the State and the Powerlessness of the International Community in the Face of Violence", simply because of its obviousness in the current circumstances. A symbolic flyover of American planes has not dispelled the fears of the coming times for all sober people in all of BiH. The oppressed and deceived masses, who are not the creators of policies leading to predictable violence, under the banner of arrogant authoritarian leaders and ideologies of clerical fascism, are still not raising their voices from their own depths and for their own interests for peace and security, but are silently fatalistically trembling, as always, before the likely victims and suffering. They will not be reassured by the trial of Milorad Dodik for disrespecting the decisions of the High Representative, but by the determination of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and Court to prosecute him for treason, for overthrowing the existing constitutional order, for inciting hatred between people and nations, which did not grow to this extent even in the last war, and for clear intentions of secession and economic collapse," Kulenović emphasized. .

The situation in BiH and the attitude of the international community towards the difficult issues of our society, as well as the state of the world, show that the UN has entered twilight and eclipse, and is powerless to resolve crises in the world, Išerić said.

"A year ago, we had a war in Ukraine, now we have Israeli aggression in Gaza and the powerlessness of the UN Security Council to stop it. When we talk about the powerlessness of the BiH state in the face of violence by certain political forces, we can cite the Dayton Peace Agreement as the source of all causes of the BiH state's powerlessness in the fight against violence," Išerić stated.

Išerić believes that Dayton legalized the state of occupation of part of BiH territory.

"Dayton legalized the situation created by force, and even today we have interference from neighbors in BiH's internal affairs. The Dayton Peace Agreement was concluded contrary to the UN Charter, which stipulates that UN member states are equal and that no state has the right to interfere in the affairs of other states. By signing Dayton, neighboring countries directly interfered in internal affairs. Dayton was signed under duress, and no contract signed under duress can be valid," Išerić stated.

He explains that the BiH Constitution contains solutions that allow for the blocking of state institutions.

"The judicial system in BiH is completely ineffective, because for many years certain political forces have been attacking the constitutional order, and the prosecution of corruption and attacks on the constitutional order of BiH is at a very low level. When anyone says anything about the judicial system, the answer is that the judiciary is independent and that no one has the right to interfere. No one has the right to interfere, but they have the right to demand results from the judiciary," says Išerić, and questions the independence of prosecutors at the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

Išerić said that Croatia interferes in BiH's internal affairs through the story of the election law, and that Serbia abuses parallel and special ties.

"Many who represent us are not aware of how difficult a situation we are in, or they want to lull us. If that is the case, I ask why BiH does not have a reserve component of the Armed Forces. Is this undermining defense capabilities, and that is a criminal offense. The second question is the capacity of police forces to resist possible secession. Who, on what basis, and by whose reasoning, was the Police Academy in Sarajevo abolished?" Išerić asks, adding that this must be corrected urgently.
