Išerić: State property is owned by BiH and will remain so

(Patria) - The Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs of the RS has registered ownership of real estate on Jahorina, despite the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH. On this and other topics in Hayat's show '7PLUS' spoke Enver Išerić, president of the Association Guardians of Bosnia and doctor of legal sciences.

- The RS authorities do not intend to respect and implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH. The Constitutional Court clearly stated that the decision to sell that property, which is state-owned, is null and void and that it should be returned to its original state.

The RS authorities are seeking all possible ways to evade its implementation, and the decisions of the Constitutional Court must be implemented. The Prosecutor's Office of BiH should have immediately arrested all persons for non-implementation of the Constitutional Court's decision. That is a criminal offense - emphasizes Išerić.

He assesses as concerning the lack of concrete reactions from the ruling structures.

- The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council is responsible for the state of the judicial system in BiH. They answer to the Parliamentary Assembly. Everyone has shown a high degree of irresponsibility regarding the violation of the Constitution and laws of BiH - says Išerić.

With the amendments to the law, the authorities in the RS no longer need the consent of the local community to conduct geological research and mining on its territory. Išerić says that Milorad Dodik and the authorities in the RS do everything to extract benefit.

- Before the amendments to that law, the authorities and regime in the RS did not see it as a problem. One man holds the power. With the amendments to the law, he makes these issues easier for himself.

The RS is in a difficult situation and would use every opportunity to get their hands on money because they are affected by US sanctions. State property is owned by BiH and will remain so - concluded Išerić.
