Irish in "panic": Surplus tickets due to fewer Bosnia and Herzegovina fans

Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina returned part of the tickets to the Football Association of Ireland, as they failed to sell them. Irish media reported almost in a panic that there is a surplus of several hundred tickets for the playoff match between Ireland and BiH.

Bosnians took over 2,500 tickets for the second leg, but did not manage to sell them all.

Football Association of Ireland announced that a certain number of tickets from Bosnia and Herzegovina were returned to them. This fact should have been known to the Irish Association four days earlier, i.e. even before the match between these two national teams in Zenica. This would be in accordance with the agreement between both football federations.

The price of the tickets is 50 euros and the seats are located in a zone separate from the fans of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The tickets have just been put on sale.
