(Patria) - Goran Bubić, the defence attorney for the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, stated that the defence of the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, who is on trial in the same case, requested the postponement of today's hearing before the Court of BiH, given that Lukić is in hospital.
Bubić told RTRS that there are no conditions for the main trial to begin today and that he sees no purpose in the hearing, but that they are ready to go to court if necessary.
He emphasized that a fair trial for Dodik and Lukić cannot be expected, as the defence's requests have been rejected and not decided upon on their merits.
We remind you that a hearing was scheduled for today before the Court of BiH in the case against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the acting director of the Official Gazette Miloš Lukić for non-compliance with the decisions of the High Representative.
The Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Milanko Kajganić, rejected the request of Milorad Dodik's defence to recuse four prosecutors.
