SARAJevo, (Patria) - High Representative Valentin Inzko met with EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn in Sarajevo today and thanked him for all that he has achieved and contributed to the Questionnaire submitted by the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina being accepted today.
- When it was said a few years ago that there would be no enlargement by 2020, some understood the message, and some were disappointed. Today, with the engagement of Commissioner Hahn, the enlargement process and the perspective of the Western Balkan countries look different.
High Representative Inzko also congratulated this special day for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić, the Director of the Directorate for European Integration Edin Dilberović, and the Head of the Delegation and Special Representative of the EU Lars-Gunnar Wigemark.
High Representative Inzko, who was also the EU Special Representative, said that "when it comes to relations between the EU and BiH, I will remember two events, and that is the liberalization of the visa regime in 2010 and today, February 28, 2018."
