Inzko: Their sacrifice reminds us of our responsibility

High Representative for BiH Valentin Inzko spoke at today's commemoration marking the 20th anniversary of the helicopter crash in which 12 OHR and UN employees lost their lives.

- From different countries and different backgrounds, they came to contribute to peace. Twenty years later, an entire generation has come of age. The peace that was so fragile in 1997 has lasted for more than two decades - said High Representative Valentin Inzko today.

- Their sacrifice reminds us, who within the international community are still working to support this country on its path to prosperity and security, of our responsibility to do everything we can to continue building on the foundations they laid - added Inzko.
