(Patria) - The General Secretariat of Interpol has rejected Bosnia and Herzegovina's request to issue an international warrant for Milorad Dodik and Nenad Stevandić, Istraga.ba has learned.
The request was rejected based on Article 3 of Interpol's statute, which prohibits political persecution.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we recall, ordered the issuance of the warrant, but this request by BiH was rejected.
Dodik is suspected of the criminal offense of attacking the constitutional order of BiH.
