Bosnia and Herzegovina Intellectual Property Institute made a decision: There is only one "eKapija"

For more than two years, there has been confusion on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the identity of the portal "eKapija", and now we can finally confirm that only one "eKapija" operates on this market, reports the Patria news agency.

- Officially, the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision on the recognition of rights to an international trademark on July 9, 2015, thereby recognizing the right to the international trademark "eKapija" with effect in Bosnia and Herzegovina to the sole founder of the brand "eKapija", the company EKAPIJA.COM d.o.o. from Belgrade.

With this decision, the former representatives of the portal "eKapija" in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who unilaterally and disloyally separated and used the brand since 2012, must abandon the domain ekapija.ba, stop presenting themselves and in any way associating with the brand "eKapija". This will remove the confusion that has been damaging the "eKapija" brand on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina for more than two years.

This confirmation also represents an additional incentive for “eKapija” to further strengthen our presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, thereby continuing successful regional operations with a tradition of more than ten years in reporting and placing quality information in the fields of economy, commerce, and investments.
