INSTITUTIONAL VIOLENCE AGAINST LAW AND JUSTICE

The House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not vote no confidence in the Minister of Justice Josip Grubešić, who is a Croatian Democratic Union cadre.

The media report that Minister Grubešić was saved by the votes of the SDA party.

This is a reason for a significant reflection on the catastrophic personnel policy of the SDA.

The initiative to dismiss the head of the Ministry of Justice is happening in the context of his refusal to implement the verdict of the highest legal instance in BiH – the Constitutional Court – on the inclusion of ANUBiH in the Register of Legal Entities. This entire context is multi-layered and indicative.

ANUBiH is the highest state scientific institution. This is the case in every country. It is one of the dominant symbols of STATEHOOD. Therefore, efforts to eliminate such an institution are aimed at the destruction of the state itself, while at the same time, various academies are being founded in BiH, “performed” by some groups of citizens. So, some are interested in destroying integrative, fundamental state institutions while founding fragmenting ones.

A few years ago, I initiated and, together with the President of ANUBiH, officially visited the then Prime Minister Zvizdić. The relevant minister, Adil Osmanović, also attended the meeting. We discussed the status of ANUBiH. They complained that there wasn't enough money and so on. I said that it was important for the Council of Ministers to give us 100 KM if they couldn't give more, because the status was important to us. They promised. However, when it was later announced who the Council had given money from the budget to, we saw that ANUBiH had not received a single mark, but HAZU in Mostar, which is not even at the entity level, was generously gifted. So much for the Bosniak understanding of statehood, or state-building.

BiH is a land of paradoxes: what is impossible anywhere else is possible here, unfortunately. Namely, it is a complete legal (and logical) absurdity that the current Ministry of JUSTICE refuses to execute the verdict of the highest legal instance in the country – the Constitutional Court – because, by elementary logic and political correctness, the Ministry of Justice, before and more than anyone else, should protect the verdicts of the Constitutional Court. In this way, the Ministry, with extreme political arrogance, promotes its own illegitimacy, introducing chaos precisely where it should insist on order, legality, and legitimacy.

However, this absurdity is being “perfected” in the Bosnian way. Namely, instead of the BiH Parliament revoking/dismissing the Minister of Justice who is perpetrating violence against justice, the Parliament rejects the initiative for his dismissal, thus the Parliament – consciously and by the power of the institution – sides with chaos and the refusal to implement the verdict of the Constitutional Court. This is simply horrific; it is a fact that defies common sense! One is chilled by such legal insecurity in the country.

The Minister is being saved, and legal chaos is being promoted – by supporting the minister in Parliament – by the SDA, the same party that sells fog about its state-building. That party, in this way, supports the destruction of the country's highest scientific institution, the one that is about to mark 70 years since its founding.

Well done, SDA!

With such behavior, the SDA confirms its continuously anti-Bosnian actions (Mostar and much more) that have been ongoing for some time. Voters must finally understand – for God's sake! – that such actions by the SDA (not just in the Grubešić case) have nothing to do with protecting the interests of Bosniaks as a people, but rather with protecting the most base interests of the Bosniaks who are in the SDA, and specifically a part of them.

The SDA – despite all camouflage and publicly performed political tricks – is in a perverse anti-Bosnian alliance with the HDZ.

Their policy has distorted into a national disaster.
