Inspectors checking foreigners on Bosnian mountains

 

Inspectors of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs today conducted an extensive inspection of legal and natural persons providing accommodation services to foreign nationals, as well as control of the movement and stay of foreigners in the areas of Bjelašnica, Igman, Jahorina, Vlašić, and Kupres, reports the Patria News Agency.

During this planned operation, which was carried out simultaneously at all the mentioned locations, 86 legal and natural persons providing accommodation services to foreign nationals were inspected. Certain irregularities and non-compliance with the immigration regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina were determined, and in the coming period, the Service will undertake measures to sanction these violations.

In the coming period, inspectors of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs will continue continuous activities, inspection actions, and the imposition of sanctions for persons violating the Law on the Stay and Movement of Foreigners and Asylum, as well as other immigration regulations of our country, with the aim of detecting and preventing the occurrence of illegal migrations, it was announced from the Service for Foreigners' Affairs.
