Inspection: 95 undeclared workers discovered in 180 cases, KM 268,500 in fines

In continuation of activities to control the legality of taxpayers' operations, the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH conducted another successful operation on December 29, during which it carried out inspections of 180 business entities throughout the Federation of BiH, the Tax Administration announced, reports the Patria News Agency.

During the inspections, inspectors of the Tax Administration of FBiH discovered 95 undeclared workers and 16 facilities operating without the approval of the competent authority.

Due to employing undeclared workers, operating without the approval of competent authorities, and not registering turnover, 39 facilities were sealed, and 109 misdemeanor orders were issued with fines totaling KM 268,500.

The Tax Administration of FBiH will continue its activities to control and prevent the grey economy and calls on taxpayers to fulfill their obligations, and citizens to report, with full discretion, non-compliance with tax laws, employment of undeclared workers, non-issuance of fiscal receipts, and other corrupt practices.
