Inform Yourself in Time: Slippery Roads in Bosnia, Landslides and Roadworks

Due to rain that is falling or has fallen in most of our country, traffic is slower this morning on wet or damp roads, reports the Patria News Agency.  

An exception are sections in the southern regions where the road is dry. BIHAMK warns that no long delays have been recorded, and due to unstable weather conditions, they advise more cautious driving adapted to the road conditions. 

- On sections passing through cuttings, we warn of possible minor landslides of earth or stones onto the road.  At locations where repair works are being carried out, traffic moves slower, with mandatory adherence to the temporarily installed signage. 

Works are underway on the A-1 Lepenica-Tarčin highway section, at the exit from the Grab tunnel, traffic is moving slower on one lane, while on the Banja Luka-Bosanska Gradiška highway, due to the construction of a viaduct, the Mahovljani interchange is closed to traffic. 

Due to the International Hill Climb Race being held on the main road Cazin-Srbljani (M-4.2 and M-14), traffic is suspended today (07.08.) from 8 AM to 10 PM. During the suspension, vehicles are being rerouted to alternative routes.

Due to an activated landslide on the regional road R-414 Banja Luka-Turbe in the place called Ljubačevo, traffic is moving on one lane, alternately, it was announced from BIHAMK.
