SBB's initiative did not pass: Lagumdžija remains Minister of Foreign Affairs

After a multi-hour debate on SBB's initiative to dismiss Zlatko Lagumdžija, Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, MPs did not adopt this proposal, reports the news agency Patria.  

13 MPs voted for the dismissal of Lagumdžija, 18 MPs voted against the dismissal, while 5 MPs abstained on this initiative.

Milorad Živković, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, noted that they were voting on the decision for dismissal submitted in writing by SBB.

MPs from SDA, SBB, and SDS voted for the dismissal of Minister Lagumdžija. SNSD, SDP, DNS, and NSRzB voted against the dismissal. The biggest surprise in the voting was the MPs from HDZ BiH, who abstained, although during the debate they stated they would vote against the dismissal. Along with HDZ, SBiH and DNZ also abstained.
