Five Executive Directors Appointed at "Elektroprijenos"

The session of the Supervisory Board of "Elektroprijenos" has concluded, during which new executive directors were appointed, the general director of this company, Matan Žarić, confirmed to the Patria News Agency. Among other things, the session also discussed the investment plan and profit distribution of "Elektroprijenos" BiH.

As Žarić told NAP, the candidates are Cvjetko Žepinić (Banja Luka) proposed for the Executive Director for Operations and Maintenance, Alaudin Alihodžić (Sarajevo) for Executive Director for Investments, Mila Bule (Čapljina) for Executive Director for Finance, Nedžad Numić (Mostar) proposed for Executive Director for Legal Affairs, and Vinko Đurašinović (Banja Luka) is proposed for Executive Director for Human Resources.

- They have been appointed, and now the Company Assembly needs to be convened to approve their appointments. The assembly consists of the entity prime ministers. We have already scheduled a Supervisory Board session for next Wednesday, where we will determine the Assembly's agenda and proceed with the confirmation and decision-making on profit distribution – Žarić stated.

Željka Cvijanović and Nermin Nikšić, the entity prime ministers, have agreed on the profit distribution, which amounts to approximately 98 million marks. The Supervisory Board of Elektroprijenos BiH expects the company to become fully operational as soon as possible.
