Appointment of Kardašević to head of Bihać hospital could end up in court!

(Patria) - The appointment of Dr. Amel Kardašević to the position of acting director of the Cantonal Hospital “dr Irfan Ljubijankić” could have a court epilogue, after a criminal complaint was filed against the Management Board.

Kardašević was appointed after Dr. Hajrudin Havić was dismissed from the position of director before the end of his term.

According to information from Bihać, several points are controversial in the entire process. First, that Dr. Kardašević allegedly does not meet the conditions for appointment to the position of acting Director.

For this reason, an opinion was requested from the relevant federal minister, Nediljko Rimac, who stated in his response that in accordance with the Law on Health Care, “the acting director has all the rights and duties of the director”, and consequently “the candidate appointed to the position of acting director must meet the criteria required for the election and appointment of the director of a health institution”.



However, in the Government of USK, led by NES, part of the Trojka (SDP and NiP), DF and SBiH, i.e., in the Management Board, which according to our information has been changed three times, they obviously ignored the clarification of the relevant federal minister and decided to appoint Kardašević.

Kardašević is a NiP party member, as is Azra Tajić, a representative of that party in the USK Assembly, and information from Krajina says that Kardašević is Azra Tajić's godson.

For this reason, criminal charges have been filed against both the Management Board and the members of the USK Assembly for illegal dismissal and influence peddling.

The now dismissed director Havić also informed the Management Board in writing that he would initiate legally prescribed procedures against the Management Board of “dr. Irfan Ljubijankić” due to the dismissal for which they did not have legally prescribed reasons.



Those familiar with the turbulent political developments in USK say that this government of that canton would have fallen if this appointment had not happened, and they claim that the last government in that canton was formed on deals, concessions, and similar actions.
