
(Patria) - At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, preliminary approval was given to the Assembly of the company UNIS Ginex d.d. Goražde for the appointment of Ferid Buljubašić and Ahmet Sejdić as acting members of the Supervisory Board on behalf of state capital until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months.
Previously, preliminary approvals were given to the Assembly regarding the termination of the previous decision on granting preliminary approval for the appointment of an acting member of the Supervisory Board, and for the dismissal of a member of the Supervisory Board on behalf of state capital, due to loss of shareholder confidence. The text of the request for convening an (extraordinary) Assembly of this company was also determined.
At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, preliminary approval was given for the temporary appointment of Benjamin Mešak, Adnan Mahmutović, Vlado Džoić, Žan Matić, and Adil Halilović as acting members of the Supervisory Board of JP Međunarodni aerodrom Sarajevo d.o.o. Sarajevo for a maximum of three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure. Previously, preliminary approval was given for the dismissal of the current members of this supervisory board before the expiry of their mandate.
At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Government passed a Decision appointing Ante Batarilo (President), Damir Šagolj, and Timka Grin (members) as acting members of the Supervisory Board of JP Filmski centar Sarajevo d.o.o. until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months. Previously, a Decision was made on the dismissal of the current acting president and members of this supervisory board.
The Government of the Federation of BiH gave preliminary approval for the appointment of Ivana Tomović, Slobodan Kadijević, Tomislav Galić, Damir Dinarević, Želimir Bukarić, and Asmira Hujdurović-Ibrišimović as acting members of the Supervisory Board of Public Company Željeznice FBiH d.o.o Sarajevo, for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure. Before that, preliminary approval was given for the dismissal of the current members of this supervisory board before the expiry of their mandate.
At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, approval was given to the Decision of the Management Board of the FBiH Environmental Protection Fund on the appointment of Marijan Klaić as acting director of this fund. Previously, approval was given to the Decision of the Management Board of the Fund on the dismissal of the current director of the Fund.
Also, preliminary approval was given to the Assembly of the company Feroelektro d.d. Sarajevo for the appointment of Faruk Šahinagić and Adem Festić as acting members of the Supervisory Board of the Company on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months. Preliminary approval was also given to the Assembly for the dismissal of the current members of the Supervisory Board of this company on behalf of state capital, due to loss of shareholder confidence, and the text of the request for convening the Assembly of Feroelektro d.d. Sarajevo was determined.
The Government of FBiH gave preliminary approval to the Supervisory Board for the appointment of Amel Kovačević, Erdal Islamagić, Damir Čaušević, Muamer Durić, Anisa Lojo Bajrić, Saša Palinić, and Semir Ibrahimović as acting members of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company BH Telecom Sarajevo on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of twelve months. A Decision was also made to give preliminary approval to the Supervisory Board for the dismissal of the current members of the Management Board of this joint stock company on behalf of state capital, before the expiry of their mandate.
By amending and supplementing the Decision on the Working Group for the development of criteria for awarding grant funds and monitoring the implementation of the European Union's budget support for energy needs in FBiH, Jasmina Katić (Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning) was appointed as a member.
