Directors of Primary and Secondary Schools Appointed

At today's session, the Government of Sarajevo Canton gave consent to the School Board of the Public Institution Elementary Music and Ballet School Novo Sarajevo for Elma Alajbegović, professor of pedagogy, to be appointed as school director, reports the Patria news agency.

It also gave consent to the school boards of public institutions Behaudin Selmanović, Edhem Mulabdić, Izet Šabić, Šejh Muhamed ef. Hadžijamaković, Alija Nametak, Saburina, Sokolje, Grbavica II, Secondary Technical School of Graphic Technologies, Design and Multimedia, Electrotechnical School for Energy, Secondary Economics School, Secondary School of Metal Trades, and the Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth for the following to be appointed as directors: Safet Velić, Aida Omersoftić, Suad Tupković, Kerim Fejzagić, Mediha Beširević, Rešad Fočo, Bećir Hasanović, Đula Ćerimagić, Fuad Durgut, Samira Karamehić, Jadranka Kolar, Elmedin Lukač and Damir Ovčina.

The Government of Sarajevo Canton appointed Melisa Forić as president of the Management Board of the Public Institution Youth Theatre, and Senada Višnjić, Semir Dizdarević, Midhat Kerla and Ismir Fazlić as members; for president of the Management Board of the Center for Culture of Sarajevo Canton, Zlatan Kapić was appointed, and as members: Namir Čomaga, Jasmin Salihbegović, Esmeralda Helać – Dević and Saša Salihović.

For president of the Public Institution Library Sarajevo, Muhidin Bukva was appointed, and as members: Enis Proha, Selma Dalipagić, Esad Hodžić and Amina Ćenanović – Sadiković; for president of the International Theatre Festival – Scena MESS, Belma Čečo - Bakrać was appointed, and as members: Lana Velić, Sanja Mujezinović, Nihad Kestendžić and Mirsad Škrijelj; for president of the Management Board of the National Theatre Sarajevo, Igor Mišković was appointed, and as members: Salko Križevac, Jasminka Kapo – Arnautalija, Nataša Hajdarević and Dragana Glumac; and for president of the Management Board of the Sarajevo Philharmonic, Faruk Pršeš, Dževad Hamzić, Suad Selimović, Edin Abdurahmanović and Adi Šehu.

Appointed to the supervisory boards of the Youth Theatre, Center for Culture of Sarajevo Canton, MESS – International Theatre Festival – Scena MESS, and Sarajevo Philharmonic are: Anisa Bandić – president, members Dženana Bešlija and Mirsada Muminović; Željko Bakalar – president, members Izeta Avdić and Fedhija Čolpa; Srđan Šarenac – president, members Željko Bakalar and Ira Isović; Nedžad Borišić –president, members Vesna Andre Zaimović and Fahrudin Strojil. For president of the Supervisory Board of the Public Institution National Theatre, for a period until the end of the mandate of the already appointed supervisory board of this institution, i.e., until May 28, 2017, Indira Kučuk – Sorguč is appointed. 

All presidents of the management and supervisory boards of these institutions, as well as their members, have been appointed for a period of four years.

The Government of Sarajevo Canton dismissed the presidents and members of the management boards of public health institutions: Institute for Health Protection of Women and Motherhood of Sarajevo Canton, Institute of Occupational Medicine of Sarajevo Canton, Institute for Public Health of Sarajevo Canton, Institute for Sports Medicine of Sarajevo Canton, Institute for Health Protection of Students of the University of Sarajevo of Sarajevo Canton, Institute for Health Protection of Employees of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, and the Psychiatric Hospital of Sarajevo Canton, and appointed acting presidents and members of the management boards in these institutions.

In these seven institutions, as well as in the Public Institution „Apoteke Sarajevo“, the presidents and members of the supervisory boards were dismissed, and acting presidents and members of that board were appointed. Acting presidents and members of the management and supervisory boards have been appointed for a period of up to three months, until the completion of public advertisement procedures and final appointments.

The Government gave consent for the employment of 14 bus, trolleybus, and tram drivers in the Public Municipal Company „GRAS“ d.o.o. Sarajevo, for a fixed term, for a period of up to three months. Upon the drivers' acceptance, the following lines will be put into operation: line 103 Dobrinja – Trg Austrije, line 102 Otoka - Jezero, line 43 Ilidža – Osijek, line 18 Drvenija-Pofalići, line 26 Stup –Dobroševići, and line 3 Ilidža –Baščaršija.
