Hypo Bank Management Appointed

The Supervisory Board of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. appointed the bank's management for a four-year term at its session, reports the Patria News Agency.

Dragan Kovačević, a long-time member of the bank's management who served as acting director for the past six months, has been appointed as the President of the Management Board and Director of the bank. Dmytro Kolechko's term has been extended, and he will continue to serve as the Executive Director responsible for risks, while Jasmin Spahić, the former Director of the ORG/IT sector, has joined the management board.

Spahić has been appointed to the position of Executive Director (Chief Operating Officer) responsible for the ORG/IT, procurement, property management, collection, operations, and strategic and organizational development sectors.

- The bank's Supervisory Board has placed its trust in us during a key period for the bank, and I dare say, at the very final stage of the reprivatization process - said Dragan Kovačević, Director of Hypo Bank, adding that the appointment of Jasmin Spahić to the position of Executive Director further strengthens the management board.
