State Committee for Civil Aviation Security of BiH Appointed

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH,
made a Decision on the appointment of members and the secretary of the State Committee for Civil Aviation
Security of BiH.

By the Decision, Edin Forto, Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH, was appointed Chairman of the State Committee, Nenad Nešić, Minister of Security of BiH, was appointed Deputy Chairman, and the members are Zukan Helez, Minister of Defence of BiH, Elmedin Konaković, Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Mirko Kuprešaković, Director of the BiH Border Police, Čedomir Šušnjar, Director General of the BiH Civil Aviation Directorate, Davorin Primorac, Director of the BiH Air Navigation Services Agency, Almir Džuvo, Director of the BiH Intelligence Security Agency, Darko Ćulum, Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, and Enes Karić, Director of the BiH Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies.

As stated in the Decision, the appointment is tied to the function they perform.

Senad Malić was appointed secretary of the State Committee for a period of four years.

The Decision enters into force on the day it is made and will be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH". Upon the entry into force of this Decision, the previous decision on the appointment of members and the secretary of the State Committee for Civil Aviation Security of BiH shall cease to be valid.
