(Patria) - At the recent 23rd regular session of the Ilidža Municipal Council, one of the agenda items was the Proposal of the Rulebook on Scholarships for Pupils and Students of the Ilidža Municipality, proposed by the Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Nermin Muzur.
The proposal was discussed and unanimously adopted. In his address, the Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Nermin Muzur, emphasized that the Ilidža Municipality will be the municipality with the largest scholarships for pupils and students from the area of the Ilidža Municipality.
"Based on the records we obtained from other cities and municipalities, we decided to make the biggest step forward when it comes to scholarships. We increased the base from 60 to 110 KM and I believe this is our best move and response to the difficult times we live in, as well as to the time when we talk about young people. The largest scholarship goes up to 220 KM and I believe this is a completely adequate, concrete and great help for every family and child in the coming period," said Mayor Muzur.
In addition to helping cover school and university costs, scholarships provide an opportunity to realize educational dreams and achieve academic goals, but also encourage excellence and contribute to diversity in education.
