ILIDŽA A. P. kicked A. A. in the temple, then beat him on the head with a hammer

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The shift supervisor of the Ilidža Police Station was informed last night around 7:30 PM that an unknown person had sustained head injuries in Dr. Silvana Rizvanbegović Street, Ilidža municipality.

Police officers arrived at the scene and found person A. A., born in 1972, who had head injuries. An emergency medical team from Sarajevo Canton was called to the scene, provided first aid to the injured person, and then transported him to the Emergency Center of the Sarajevo University Clinical Center, and then to the Neurosurgery Clinic, where severe bodily injuries to the head were diagnosed.

In a conversation with the injured A. A., police officers learned that the person who inflicted the injuries was A. P., born in 1991, who physically attacked A. A. by kicking him in the temple, and then hit him twice on the head with a hard object - a hammer, after which he fled the scene before the arrival of police officers.

The duty cantonal prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of KS was informed of all the details. Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS are continuing their work to document the mentioned criminal offense and find the perpetrator of the criminal offense under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of FBiH (Grievous Bodily Harm).
