Igor still has a job: Dodik's daughter and son founded a new company

Children of the President of Republika Srpska, Igor and Gorica Dodik, have founded a joint company "Global Liberty" LLC Laktaši for wholesale trade of wood, construction materials, sanitary equipment, as well as for import and export, reports the Patria News Agency.

The company was founded on July 17 last year, one month after the establishment of the Solidarity Fund of Republika Srpska.

From the founding documents in the possession of the CAPITAL portal, it is evident that they decided to appoint Gorica's husband, Pavle Ćorović, as the company's director. He was previously a spokesperson for the basketball club Igokea from Aleksandrovac, and then an employee of the radio of the same name.

"Global Liberty" is registered at the address Gradiška cesta 57 Aleksandrovac, and its founding capital is 2,000 KM.

In addition to its main activities: trade in construction materials, sanitary ware, and foreign trade, "Global Liberty" is also registered for over a hundred other activities.

From growing vegetables, logging, auxiliary forestry services, wood processing, newspaper printing, water supply, waste recycling, trade and repair of cars, trade in all types of products, taxi transport, warehousing, to transport.

"Global Liberty" can also engage in publishing computer games, publishing software, computer programming, internet portals, and can also have a real estate agency, as well as leasing, public relations, architectural activities, advertising services, market research, building cleaning, operating sports facilities, fitness centers, packaging, photocopying and document preparation, and opening amusement and theme parks.

"Fruit eco" earned 128 thousand KM in 2014

In addition to the newly founded company, Igor is a co-owner of the company "Fruit eco", which is known for receiving a loan of three million KM from the Investment and Development Bank (IRB) in just one day, while the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska was Milorad Dodik, who by law was also the president of the IRB's credit committee.

According to financial data in CAPITAL's possession, "Fruit eco" finished last year with a pre-tax profit of 128,471 KM, which is a significantly better business result than in 2013 when they had a loss of 163,408 KM.

The profit increased significantly in one year, although the company's revenue fell from 1,019,471 KM in 2013 to 771 thousand KM in 2014.

The first year, 2010, was the most difficult. Revenue was 1.6 million, and the loss was 263 thousand KM. In 2011, the situation improved, and despite a drop in revenue by about 400 thousand KM, the deficit was reduced to 121 thousand KM. The turnaround occurred in 2012, when a comprehensive profit of 165 thousand KM was achieved for the first time.

In 2013, a loss of 163 thousand KM was recorded again, but by 2014, the profit was close to 130 thousand KM. According to our data, both bank accounts of "Fruit eco" have been blocked since July 7 this year. Since its establishment in 2010, "Fruit eco", whose director is Mirko Dobrić, has not reduced or increased its number of 12 employees.

Gorica Dodik was the head of cabinet for Željka Cvijanović when she led the Ministry of Economic Relations and Regional Cooperation in the Government of Republika Srpska.

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, recently said in the National Assembly that his son Igor, after studying abroad, returned and has been "unemployed for more than a year."
