Igor Crnadak cancels tender for purchase of new vehicle

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina has made a decision to cancel the tender for the procurement of a motor vehicle for the needs of the Minister's Cabinet, published on the BiH Public Procurement Portal on July 21, 2017, under serial number 253-1-1-43-3-12/17 (Tender Documentation number 09/2-3-16-4-24493/17), as well as in the Official Gazette of BiH No. 54/17 of July 28, 2017, the ministry announced, the Patria agency reports.

The minister ordered the adoption of this decision even though the tender was prepared in accordance with all laws governing public procurement and with secured funds in the Budget for that purpose.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH will use the funds allocated for this procurement in accordance with applicable laws and the Budget of BiH institutions for 2017.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH will have no further comments on this decision.
