(Patria) - The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada has issued a statement regarding the annulment of anti-state laws adopted by the National Assembly of the RS entity concerning the non-publication of decisions by the High Representative and the non-application of decisions by the BiH Constitutional Court.
"IGK welcomes the use of the Bonn Powers by the High Representative. We particularly welcome the decision to amend the Criminal Code of BiH so that actions that disrupt the constitutional order will be treated as a criminal offense", the statement said.
IGK believes that it is necessary to remove Milorad Dodik and his main subjects from all political functions in BiH.
"Milorad Dodik is at the head of an anti-Bosnian coalition consisting of official bodies of the RS entity, which, through public officials of SNSD and their partners elected to the institutions of that entity, are actively implementing a long and systematically designed plan of quiet secession, the separation of the entity from the sovereign power of the state of BiH. For IGK, secession is underway.
IGK believes that BiH is under attack due to the continuous denial of the state, the endangerment of its territorial integrity, independence, sovereignty, and state-legal political subjectivity, and the radical violation of the General Framework Agreement for Peace, which is a threat to peace and stability in BiH and undermines the prospects of all citizens, including citizens from the RS entity", stated IGK and concluded:
"These forces must be prevented in their destructive actions, institutionally by the judicial institutions of BiH or by the High Representative".
