Will the 'Trojka' reconstruct the KS Government, will they rely on Hodžić, Lemezan, and Marjanović?

Anyone who follows the work of the KS Assembly could have noticed that the parliamentary majority that adopts laws, makes decisions, or votes on certain initiatives is changeable and unstable. There have been few items that had the 23 votes that the 'Trojka' parties (NIP 7, SDP 6, Our Party 5, and Party for BiH 5) have had since the beginning.

Party turbulence led to Redžo Lemezan leaving Our Party, and Admela Hodžić recently left the Party for BiH. Together with Damir Marjanović from ZNG, the three of them formed their own club, Politički.ba reported.

What could this mean for the current parliamentary majority? The 'Trojka' parties 'on paper' now have 17 votes (NIP 7, SDP 6, NS 4), and the Party for BiH has four. Although this is a sufficient majority for decision-making, the question is in which direction the 'Trojka' parties will go and whether the Party for BiH will remain a partner.

Lemezan previously stated that regardless of leaving Our Party, he remains with the 'Trojka'. If the 'Trojka' decides to go for a reconstruction of the KS Government, and certain issues regarding specific ministries and companies have already surfaced, then the Party for BiH would be replaced by a new partner, or rather, by the proposals of these three independent representatives. The Party for BiH has two ministers in the KS Government: Finance and Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction, and Environmental Protection.

However, as it is popularly said in the corridors, the vote of an independent representative is the most expensive. Marjanović also had such a role in the previous convocation, and in the distribution, he received the company Sarajevogas, headed by his friend Edis Baković, and he also had a proposal for the Minister of Higher Education.

In the event that the 'Trojka' decides on a potential change of Government members and relies on the three votes of Hodžić, Lemezan, and Marjanović, they would have 20 votes in the Assembly, which is a sufficient majority, but not very stable, considering that not all 'Trojka' representatives are often present at sessions.

Thus, at the continuation of the last session on Friday, July 7, the majority was on the verge of a quorum, and it was maintained by opposition representatives from SDA and DF. The session was interrupted precisely because of problems with the majority.
