(Patria) - The Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed that the IDDEEA website was temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen problems in the operation of telecommunication services.
"After reporting the problem, it was resolved at 11:00 PM. Due to the time required for propagation of DNS server records, during today the service will be available through all providers.
There is no reason for concern because the website does not contain citizens' data. Therefore, there was no hacker attack whatsoever, nor was the IDDEEA system, which holds records and data of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, out of order. The system is fully functional without any problems," stated IDDEEA.
However, this morning the website is still unavailable or opens incompletely and without content.
