Although not relieved of duty as SIPA director, Ćulum at work in MUP RS today

(Patria) - Minister of Interior of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan and Director of Police of Republika Srpska Siniša Kostrešević received Darko Ćulum today, who responded to the call of the institutions of Republika Srpska and submitted his resignation as director of SIPA, and filed a request for transfer to the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska.

Minister Karan welcomed him back to the MUP RS.

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina is considering Ćulum's resignation today, and with today's action by Ćulum, while he has not yet been formally relieved of his duties as director, going to work at MUP RS under an unconstitutional law also raises the question of his criminal liability.

If the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina were to reject Ćulum's resignation today and relieve him as of March 19, it would mean they are approving Darko Ćulum's parallelism.
