(Patria) - In accordance with the amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH imposed by the former High Representative for BiH, Valentin Inzko, the Association of Victims and Witnesses of Genocide and the Association "Movement of Mothers of the Enclaves of Srebrenica and Žepa" are requesting the BiH Prosecutor's Office to launch an investigation against the Mayor of Banja Luka, Draško Stanivuković.
"We are submitting information to you about the violation of the Criminal Code of BiH, namely: Article 145a, paragraph 6, of the Criminal Code of BiH, by the Mayor of Banja Luka, Draško Stanivuković. We request that you conduct the procedure in accordance with the aforementioned law," the report states, along with a link to the controversial post.
We remind you that Stanivuković recently reiterated his earlier stance on Klix.ba, once again denying the genocide in Srebrenica.
The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada (IGK) has also filed a criminal complaint for denying the genocide in Srebrenica, against the Mayor of Banja Luka, Draško Stanivuković.
