SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The New Year's magic continues tonight, and throughout the day, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sarajevo is the center of the region, just as the slogan of this year's three-day spectacle.

Thousands of tourists have been in the city center all day, and Ferhadija and Titova streets are too small to accommodate everyone who wants to see the beauties of Sarajevo.

From security conditions to production and the overall event, everything is at an enviable level.

Sarajevo residents, as well as numerous guests and tourists, welcomed the New Year in front of the Eternal Flame last night with Hari Mata Hari and entered 2019 with a spectacular fireworks display. Tonight, a concert by Bombaj štampa will be held at the same location in front of the Eternal Flame.

Abdulah Skaka, the mayor of Sarajevo, firmly believed that Sarajevo could be the center of the region, and that has now come true. The reports from regional media, especially Serbian ones, which wrote only in superlatives about the Sarajevo celebration, prove what a great party it was in Sarajevo. The magic of celebration and positive energy before entering the new 2019 in Sarajevo lasted until three in the morning when citizens and tourists began to disperse.
