SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Vaccination at the SCC shopping center will also take place today from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Citizens will be able to receive the first, second, or third dose of the Pfizer and Sinopharm vaccines.
Citizens are urged to respond in as large numbers as possible to booster dose vaccination, given the increase in the number of new infections in Sarajevo Canton, but also the fact that six months have passed since many received their second dose.
According to the recommendations of the Expert Advisory Body for Immunization of FBiH, booster doses can be received by persons over 18 years of age at the earliest three months after receiving the second dose, if they have not had Covid-19. Persons who have recovered from Covid-19 and received two doses of the vaccine can receive this dose at the earliest six months after receiving the second dose.
The "Vaccination for Citizens" campaign of the KS Ministry of Health was launched on November 6. More than 7,000 citizens have been vaccinated in this manner in shopping centers in the Sarajevo Canton.
