Traffic still suspended from Jablanica towards Mostar and Blidinje

(Patria) - Traffic remains suspended on the roads leading from Jablanica towards Mostar and from Jablanica towards Blidinje.

On the section from Konjic towards Jablanica, passenger and freight vehicles without trailers, as well as freight vehicles with trailers transporting humanitarian aid, can currently travel.

Traffic is difficult, alternating in one lane on the main road Jablanica-Prozor.

Alternative routes are: Sarajevo-Novi Travnik-Rostovo-Bugojno-Kupres-Tomislavgrad-Posušje-Mostar or Sarajevo-Foča-Tjentište-Gacko-Mostar.

On the road Konjic-Borci-Ruište, there is water and mud on the road surface, but passenger, van and off-road vehicles can travel with DIFFICULTY.

On the regional road R-408 Drvar-Glamoč, due to road damage, traffic is banned for vehicles over 7.5 tons until further notice (alternative routes are operational).

Due to flash floods and bridge damage, traffic is currently banned for freight vehicles on the regional road R-443 Kreševo–Alagići. Drivers are advised to follow instructions from local authorities and use alternative routes.

Traffic is suspended on local roads Dusina (Fojnica), Vrani, Gunjani, Bijelovići (Kreševo).

Bearing in mind that the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has declared a state of natural disaster due to floods, torrents, landslides and rockfalls, special transport of convoys of Slovenian, Serbian and Montenegrin aid to the affected areas of the Federation of BiH has been announced.

- From the direction of Bihać towards Jablanica.
- From the direction of Zvornik via Sarajevo to Jablanica.
- From the direction of Šćepan Polje via Foča, Sarajevo to Jablanica.
