Bosnian citizens from Gaza also prevented from moving in BiH, security services (read: SNSD) decided - Everyone to Salakovac!

(Patria) - Bosnian authorities, more precisely the security services mostly led by SNSD cadres, which was not a problem for the Troika in the distribution of power, have decided to place almost all persons evacuated from Gaza in the collective center Salakovac near Mostar.

Legal experts warn that BiH citizens cannot be held anywhere against their will.

Restriction of the right to liberty and security of person under Article 5 of the ECHR is lawful only if based on a decision ordering detention or a court decision regulating compulsory placement in an institution.

However, even BiH citizens who have registered residence in BiH, due to requests from certain security services, have been placed in the collective center. Earlier, Minister of Foreign Affairs
Elmedin Konaković said that “only four will be placed in Salakovac”.

But after consulting with RS cadres in the state government, most of the evacuees were transferred to collective accommodation. Earlier, according to information from the Investigation, security agency officers at Sarajevo Airport even questioned BiH citizens about Hamas and the hostages held by Hamas.

Minister of Human Rights Sevlid Hurtić called for patience, and according to testimonies of evacuated BiH citizens placed in the Salakovac center, there will be no patience for longer than two days.

What they do not understand is that even in the decision approving entry into BiH, there is no planned placement in the Immigration Center.

No one can enter Salakovac, so it is unclear how long they will actually stay there.

But judging by the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH, their exit is not planned soon.

"All those who arrived are taken care of and feel well. Everything they need, we inform that the ministries will provide in cooperation with other institutions.

Those who still want to systematically help our citizens and relatives are informed that both ministries are available for coordinating the delivery of aid in accordance with the needs that will be expressed.
