(Patria) - Sarajevo's picnic spots are full of visitors today on the occasion of May 1st - International Labour Day, which is celebrated on May 1st and 2nd. While some have decided to go to warmer regions due to the extended weekend, those returning tomorrow have obligations

Traditionally, Bosnians and Herzegovinians use this day to spend time in nature, with the indispensable barbecue and socializing with family and friends.



But besides the large number of picnickers, there are also quite a few who have stayed in the city, enjoying the sunny weather and pleasant 20+ degrees Celsius.



Thus, the streets of Sarajevo are filled today with numerous tourists and local visitors who have decided to spend the holiday by walking and having coffee.



The warm and sunny weather today has certainly pleased all of us, considering that in previous years, this was not the case for May 1st.

Sarajevo has once again shown that it is a city of open doors, hospitality, and good mood - a perfect place to spend Labour Day.
