Hrvić: On Independence Day, Klas also celebrates the first birthday of its rebirth

Today is the Independence Day of our homeland Bosnia and Herzegovina. 23 years ago, the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina opted for a free, independent, sovereign and indivisible state tailored to all its peoples and citizens.

Proud of our homeland, today we will give the most for it if we each do our job as best we can. My inspiration is my homeland Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the best in it. Our chance lies within ourselves. Others in the world appreciate us precisely because we are simply different.

Let us compete in good deeds, learn and work, produce and buy domestic, because that way we will help ourselves and our homeland the most. Let us not forget those who need our help. Respect others and differences, preserve and develop our own – stated on the occasion of the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina the director of Klas Rusmir Hrvić, who sent a congratulatory message to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as several messages on how they themselves can contribute to creating better living conditions, reports the BH news agency Patria.

Today marks the anniversary of the acquisition of the company Klas by AS GROUP, through which this Group with a 92 percent stake became the majority owner of the company Klas d.d. Sarajevo.

The acquisition created a large system and conditions were established for the development of healthy and quality food production in BiH, from primary agricultural production, through the processing industry, all the way to quality and competitive domestic brands on store shelves.

- In the past year, we managed to consolidate Klas's operations, return Klas brands to store shelves, doubled flour production compared to the previous year, launched new products on the market, and set several records in the sales of certain products such as jufka, somun, pies and raspberries, both on domestic and foreign markets.

We move forward, and we will direct our efforts towards the further development of Klas, preserving existing and creating new jobs.

With that in mind, happy Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina and let us buy domestic – build BiH – Hrvić said, as reported by Patria.
