Hota-Muminović tests positive for coronavirus

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Minister of Education and Upbringing of Sarajevo Canton Naida Hota-Muminović has tested positive for coronavirus, which is why she is in isolation. She has mild symptoms and her health condition is satisfactory. 

For this reason, Minister Hota-Muminović must postpone previously planned commitments in the KS Government for the next period. 

We remind you that the KS Government delegation was in Srebrenica and Zvornik yesterday, and Minister Hota-Muminović was distributing gifts to children. 

Due to the newly emerged epidemiological situation, let us remind you, the KS Government recently, at the proposal of the Crisis Staff of the KS Ministry of Health for monitoring and analyzing the situation caused by the coronavirus, adopted a conclusion on mandatory vaccination with the third so-called booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccine for the elderly and caregivers in social institutions for the care of the elderly, as well as for the population over 60 years of age, and persons with comorbidities in Sarajevo Canton. 

On this occasion, the KS Government also calls on citizens to get vaccinated, and to continue to respect all prescribed hygiene and epidemiological measures.
