Will the "Trojka" bring a pro-Russian separatist to the Ilidža Municipal Council?

(Patria) - The prediction of the late Nijaz Duraković, almost three decades old, that the SDP will be buried in these areas, is nearing fulfillment. The SDP is dying slowly and painfully, having previously betrayed the ideas of social justice, democratic representation, and worst of all, civic Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to the statement from the Cantonal Organization of SDA, headed by Faruk Kapidžić.

"And all for the position of president that the people do not want, who could not even secure a compensatory mandate, but with the help of the international community, he has climbed on the backs of the citizens of the Federation for the second time, burdening them with a billion marks in the first year of his mandate.

Nikšić's SDP has nominated Slobodan Šojo for the Ilidža Municipal Council, an observer at the illegal referendum conducted by occupying Russian forces in Ukraine. This Russian propagandist openly promotes Russian supremacy and publicly celebrates conductor Valery Gergiev, who was fired from the Munich Philharmonic after refusing to condemn Putin's invasion.

Šojo sees the festive Russian welcome for Gergiev as a "sign of a happy society welcoming a great man". In 2015, the SDP denied Šojo the opportunity to be a candidate for the Vice-President of the Federation of BiH because he was associated with SNSD and Nebojša Radmanović, who appointed him to ambassadorial positions.

Since the SDP has since become the federal branch of Dodik's SNSD, there is no obstacle for a pro-Russian separatist to be their electoral candidate today.

No one needs the SDP as it is led by Nermin Nikšić, except for him, his henchmen, and the enemies of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its European perspective. It is a party whose president is fed by Milorad Dodik with his former adjutant Vojin Mijatović, who then curses genocide in his hometown. It is a party that procures candidates for Sarajevo municipalities from Donbas, and trolleybuses from Belarus. That is why it should be buried," the statement reads.
