(Patria) - Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić, did not respond to the invitation for a hearing by the Provisional Investigative Commission of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to determine the situation in judicial institutions of BiH on September 14, so she was invited again for September 24.

The Provisional Investigative Commission was supposed to hear Tadić about the situation in the judicial institution she manages, its results, and shortcomings in its work.

It is still unknown whether Tadić will respond to the new invitation, and Tadić appeared before the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH in March this year, and the session dedicated to the situation in the judiciary was marked by verbal clashes between the chief state prosecutor and individual representatives.

Tadić then threatened that she had the authority to initiate criminal proceedings against any representative, and she also criticized the House of Representatives for convening that session because, as she said, it could have waited, and some things were more important, like the coronavirus.

In the meantime, there has been an even greater conflict between her and the President of the Court, Ranko Debevec, and the entire case ended up at the HJPC, when the acting prosecutor accused Debevec of threats. Tadić has not commented on this case and the media conflict between prosecutor Vedrana Mijović and Debevec, so her appearance before the Investigative Commission will be very interesting.
