Urgent session of the House of Peoples of the PS BiH: Conflict of Interest Law and amendments to the Civil Service Law on the agenda

(Patria) - Two legal solutions will be on the agenda of the 3rd urgent session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH tomorrow, starting at 3 PM.

Delegates will consider the Proposal of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Institutions at the Level of Bosnia and Herzegovina under an urgent procedure, at the request of the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Also on the agenda is the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Service in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the second reading, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Prior to this, an urgent session of the House of Representatives of the PS BiH should be held, where representatives will consider the Proposal of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, which significantly differs in text from the Draft Proposal.

The PS BiH also announced an urgent session of the House of Representatives of the PS BiH at 2 PM.
