Emergency telephone session: FBiH Government approves agreement to aid miners

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today's emergency session held by telephone, adopted a Decision giving consent to the Agreement between the Independent Union of Mine Workers of FBiH, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and electric power companies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was signed by the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić, on July 19, reports the Patria news agency.

Along with this decision, the Federation Government adopted a Conclusion which, with consent to the text of the Agreement, for the purpose of its implementation, tasked the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry to prepare, for the next session of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a proposal for amendments to the Law on Electricity, it was announced from the FBiH Government.
