Urgent session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly on October 5 and continuation of the 27th interrupted session

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly concluded at today's online session that an urgent session dedicated to amending the Law on Higher Education will be held on Monday, October 05, starting at 09:00 AM.

On the same day, starting at 10:00 AM, the continuation of the 27th regular session of the KS Assembly will be held with the remaining agenda items.

Deputies will, within this continuation, consider the following agenda items: Proposal of the Decision giving consent to the Draft Agreement concluded between the University of Sarajevo, the Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Sarajevo, and the Public Institution "Student Center" Sarajevo on the long-term use of Pavilions VIII and IX within the Public Institution "Student Center" Sarajevo, built on parcel 2400/1 KO Sarajevo according to the new survey, which according to the old survey correspond to parcel number 26 registered in cadastral unit number 96 K.O. SP_SARAJEVO – MAHALA LXVIII and parcels no. 24, 323, 324, 123, 25, 30, 135, 206, 414, 416, 423, 424, 31, 433, 547, cadastral unit number 223 K.O. SP_SARAJEVO-MAHALA LXVIII, on which the University of Sarajevo is registered as the holder of the right of disposal, Proposal of the Decision giving consent to the Work Program and Financial Plan of the Public Institution "Memorial Fund of Sarajevo Canton" for 2020, Report on work with financial operations of the University of Sarajevo for the period 01.01.-31.12.2019, Report on work and financial operations of the Institute for Construction of Sarajevo Canton for 2019, Report on work and financial operations of the Institute for Informatics and Statistics of Sarajevo Canton for 2019, Report on the business of KJKP "TOPLANE SARAJEVO" d.o.o.
