(Patria) - Next Tuesday will be a working day for state parliamentarians as two sessions of the House of Representatives of the PS BiH have been scheduled.
The 20th regular session will be held first, and after its conclusion, the 14th urgent session of the House of Representatives has been scheduled.
On the agenda of the urgent session is the Bill on the Budget of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and International Obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2024, formally proposed by the Presidency of BiH, with a request for urgent procedure consideration.
We remind you that the Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Draft Budget for 2024 last week, and then the Presidency of BiH determined the Bill on the Budget and sent it for further procedure.
An urgent session of the House of Peoples of the PS BiH has not yet been scheduled, but it is expected to be held next week. What remains a question is which delegate will attend that session, given that the Central Election Commission (CIK) awarded the mandate to Nenad Vuković from PDP, while SNSD's Snježana Novaković Bursać lost her mandate, and the appeal against this CIK decision was rejected.
SNSD announced that their delegate will not withdraw and that they will use all legal means in the fight for the mandate.
For the House of Peoples to have a quorum, at least three delegates from each constituent people must be present.
