Medical History

I am sure there is a diagnosis for this latest, but certainly and unfortunately not the last "crisis" and there are medicines for its creators... However, illness knows no boundaries, so neither does this diagnosis (or rather, diagnoses) differ somewhat in symptoms from one individual to another, but the illness is undoubtedly collective. The cure, for now (until a vaccine is found), is only one: international intervention. However, faced with the appearance of symptoms in their own countries, the international community hesitates to apply the therapy of 'a stitch in time saves nine', fearing that tomorrow, when the disease spreads to them and affects vital organs, they would have to prescribe the same recipe for their own patients, and that could be a serious problem: the wrong dose could be fatal!

Therefore, they boringly insist on home treatment, relying on inner strength and the body's ability to fight the infection with its own immunity, persistently refusing to open their eyes and see that it is an autoimmune disease, a disease that considers the body in which it lives a mortal enemy! The solutions offered to us for the crisis are, in all likelihood, similar to the medicines recommended for viral infections: wash your hands more often (from them), if you can, don't bring them to your mouth and nose, avoid gatherings with many infected people, and it wouldn't hurt to have a little more fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables... for vitamins.

All that's missing is the recommendation to keep our feet warm and to complete the traditional therapy for all illnesses that my late grandmother knew about... It is clear to us that it is difficult to talk to us ignoramuses and that it is futile to explain, but at least the international experts should see that the infection has affected most vital organs and that there is little benefit from internal strength, that self-healing is impossible, and that miraculous recoveries require much, much more faith and incomparably more sincere prayers and supplications... because the current treatment with the therapy of "agreement of the people" has brought this patient to a pre-terminal phase.

When Hippocrates, about two and a half thousand years ago, thought about patients, illnesses, and therapies (and it never occurred to him that his successors would be more hypocrites than "healers"), he determined that "the prerequisite for all treatments and cures is first to convince the patient to give up what made them sick".

And that is difficult here, not to say impossible. Besides the fact that, I repeat, it is an autoimmune disease, it should be known that our organs have their own envoys and workers not only in the central unit but also in the spinal cord; they work for themselves independently of the needs of the organism, claiming that each organ is individually more important and significant than the organism.

So as not to seem like I am writing about something I don't understand, for example medicine, not only because most of those who should be treating us don't understand it (they are treated abroad anyway), but so as not to appear a complete ignoramus, I actually wanted to ask: What is the party interest that does not align with, does not support, and is not in accordance with national, ethnic, and state interests? The same one that is bothered by judges appointed by the European Court of Human Rights; that does not allow the activation of a set of laws that determine the origin and method of acquiring property and sanction illegally acquired assets that incomparably exceed official monthly incomes; that does not allow us to know what happened and is still happening with billions from excise taxes; that does not allow the revision of privatization; the one that considers it normal that the one most mired in corruption knows the most about corruption... the one that – not wanting to influence democratic processes – simply says aloud who he would vote for; the one that hands over the lever for braking the state to its enemies, and then builds its reputation on opposing the brakes... and so on.

However, the peak of hypocrisy, lies, and deception, of blinding people with patriotism and the "fight for Bosnia and Herzegovina" is, without any competition, the celebration of its Independence Day, March 1st - February 27th! Admittedly, it is possible that this is a preventive measure, either because March 1st does not appear or is delayed for some reason, or because its long weekend is not ruined, but can one imagine the 4th of July in the United States being celebrated on any day other than the fourth of July, or that any of last night's hosts, guests, or uninvited attendees would not respond to the American ambassador's invitation to a reception on that occasion, whenever he organizes it, even on a Sunday....

Although the "state" is a term that serves as a collective noun for social justice, a more content, qualitative, and secure life, cheaper healthcare and free education, care for the weaker and poorer, and protection for those who have no one to protect them, everything that has at least a hint of being better than what we have, or rather, everything that is criminalized as populism... patriotism, like piety, is proven by deeds, not by words and anonymous arguments on social networks.

A statesman, however, is born, not made by elections or coalitions.

And yes... I heard, I don't know how reliable it is, that for this latest crisis, the only reliable cure is a general social colonoscopy and political enema... so, whoever likes it, can have it.
