(Patria) - On the occasion of the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, students from primary and secondary schools in the Sarajevo Canton held a parade "On the Bridge of Remembrance, Towards Freedom", organized by the Ministry of Education of the Sarajevo Canton.
More than 3,000 students took part in the parade.
The parade ended on the "Suada and Olga" bridge with the symbolic throwing of roses into the Miljacka River.
On the occasion of the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, March 1 and 2 are non-working days in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
