Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Nermin Nikšić and Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry Erdal Trhulj spoke today with representatives of the Supervisory Board, Management and Trade Union of "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo, and discussed the situation in this company and the possibilities of resolving the problems it faces.
Nikšić and Trhulj reminded that the Federal Government has fulfilled all obligations undertaken by the previous Agreement signed with "Hidrogradnja", and that it will continue to do everything to create prerequisites for the successful operation of this collective, it is stated in the announcement, reports Patria.
One of today's conclusions is to continue activities on the sale of "Hidrogradnja's" business building in Sarajevo, and the Privatization Agency in FBiH should be involved in this process. The funds obtained from the sale would cover the work seniority of "Hidrogradnja" employees who have met the conditions for retirement. This would also contribute to the rationalization of the number of employees.
By the next session of the FBiH Government, it was also concluded, the Supervisory Board should propose a new acting director of "Hidrogradnja", as the current one has resigned from this position.
It is expected that "Hidrogradnja" will get jobs related to the repair of damages caused by floods and landslides, of course, those for which its construction operations are capable.
The task of the "Hidrogradnja" Management is to seek and secure new jobs for this company, it was said during the talks in which the president of the Independent Trade Unions of BiH Ismet Bajramović also participated, it was announced, reports NAP.
