(Patria) - At the request of the Ministry of Security of BiH, a helicopter of the Armed Forces of BiH is ready to extinguish the fire that broke out today in the Neum municipality area.
By decision of the Minister of Defence of BiH, Zukan Helez, the Presidency of BiH gave consent for the use of an AF BiH helicopter with a crew for aerial firefighting.
The fire broke out near a populated area and threatens to endanger citizens' homes, as well as large olive groves near Neum.
AF BiH helicopter crews have once again shown exceptional ability to quickly engage in assisting civilian institutions, and they are ready for aerial firefighting tasks even in the most complex conditions.
