Helez at BiH Embassy in Washington: Presenting the truth about unconstitutional activities to the new US administration

(Patria) - At the beginning of a multi-day visit to the United States of America, BiH Minister of Defense Zukan Helez met today in Washington with BiH Ambassador Sven Alkalaj and BiH Military Envoy, Brigadier Edin Čizmić.

Ambassador Alkalaj informed Helez about the activities of the BiH Embassy in the USA, the efforts its staff are making to present the situation in BiH to the new American administration, and to inform BiH's friends and partners about the unconstitutional and illegal activities of the authorities of the entity RS, led by Milorad Dodik.

Helez acknowledged and thanked Alkalaj for the role the Embassy played in the process of adopting the Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica in the UN General Assembly.

All this is in order to reach the truth and justice for Srebrenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the entire Western Balkan region, so that we can all step into a better future together.

Helez thanked Alkalaj and Brigadier Čizmić for the efforts they invested in preparing this visit.

During the rest of his stay in the USA, Helez will meet with high-ranking military and political representatives of the American administration and participate in the session of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group.
