Helez: Prosecute everyone involved in the attack on the constitutional and legal order of BiH

(Patria) - Minister of Defense of BiH Zukan Helez stated on his Facebook profile that the NSRs, with its decisions, has committed the most severe attack on the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and thus on the Dayton Peace Agreement.

"Although most BiH media outlets have contacted me, and since I did not want to make selective statements, I am using this opportunity to share my position with the BiH public. As a responsible person, as someone who loves and lives in this country, and finally, as the Minister of Defense of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I assure you that we will not remain silent in the face of secessionist rampages of the smaller BiH entity led by its president.

We have, I will say, two plans before us, and perhaps two scenarios;

Plan "A" is the prosecution of all actors who, by their approval, participated in the attack on the constitutional and legal order of BiH. Therefore, I call on the BiH Prosecutor's Office to do its job in accordance with the Constitution and the Criminal Code of BiH (Chapter XVI, Article 156).

I also call on Mr. Schmidt to use all the powers vested in his office, and thus free BiH from the secessionist terror that we have been facing for decades, and thereby extinguish any future secessionist flame once and for all, no matter from which side it comes, and no matter whose mind it originates from!

I am a legalist, I believe that the current situation can be resolved within the institutions of BiH.

I repeat, I want to believe that the current situation can and will be resolved in accordance with the Constitution and laws of this country, if not, in that case, we have plan "B".

Only all 51,209 km² and no other way," Helez stated.

Media from RS are reporting that Helez has openly threatened due to the NSRs' decisions.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office stated for Patria on Wednesday that they are monitoring the situation together with law enforcement agencies and will take measures against individuals who commit any criminal offenses from the Criminal Code of BiH.
