(Patria) - BiH Minister of Defence Zukan Helez (SDP BiH) announced that on Thursday, January 18th, he will submit criminal charges to the BiH Prosecutor's Office against Milorad Dodik, Aleksandar Goganović, and Milan Damjanić for marking the unconstitutional Day of Republika Srpska on January 9th.
As Helez wrote on social media, since January 9th, 2024, and the marking of the unconstitutional Day of Republika Srpska, he has been intensively working with the best legal experts and reputable lawyers in Bosnia and Herzegovina on preparing criminal charges against 3 individuals: President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, BiH Deputy Minister of Defence for Resource Management Aleksandar Goganović, and BiH Armed Forces Colonel Milan Damjanić.
"The criminal charges are ready and I will submit them to the BiH Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, January 18th, 2024, at 11 AM. I am convinced that the judicial authorities of BiH will act in accordance with the Constitution and laws of BiH," stated Helez.
