(Patria) - BiH Minister of Defense Zukan Helez recounted a conversation he had with the EUFOR commander on the day Milorad Dodik, Nenad Stevandić, and Radovan Višković entered the Kozara barracks, for whom an internal warrant was issued by the BiH Court.
"When all this happened and related to the Kozara location, I called the EUFOR commander. The man literally told me this: 'Mr. Helez, I do not have the mandate to interfere in this. Not only do I not have the mandate, but I have orders not to interfere'," Helez recounted.
“The commander of @euforbih told me that he has orders for @euforbih forces not to interfere in the arrest process of the RS President @MiloradDodik“, stated the BiH Minister of Defense Zukan Helez for @HayatMediaBIH pic.twitter.com/OjUrAQ9N8x

A central warrant for Milorad Dodik, Nenad Stevandić, and Radovan Višković has been in effect for two months, and as many as 16 police agencies in BiH have the authority to apprehend them, and EUFOR assistance was also requested.
However, it seems that BiH institutions are left to their own devices in enforcing the law when it comes to the arrest of Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković due to the attack on the constitutional order.
