(Patria) - New results of the Local Elections in Mostar have been published, with voters casting ballots at 153 regular polling stations. 100,539 voters were eligible to vote, and a total of 43,819 citizens voted, or 43.86 percent of voters.
According to the results for the Municipal/City Council, HDZBiH is in first place with 13,809 votes, and the Coalition for Mostar (SDA, BPS, and BH Zeleni) is in second place with 10,466 votes.
The coalition Our City (DF, NES, SBiH, PMP) is in third place with 4,588 votes.
Trojka is in fourth place with 2,893 votes.
On the city list, the candidate leading the Coalition for Mostar list, Đani Rahimić, has the highest number of votes, a total of 7,215.
Mostar elects its mayor in the City Council with a two-thirds majority vote of 35 councilors.
As Dragan Čović announced before the elections, the goal is to win 18 councilors in the City Council and secure a new mandate for Mario Kordić.
